About Noreen
Noreen Humes is the founder & Principal Consultant of QuantumKairos Consulting, an advisory practice supporting philanthropists, foundations, and nonprofit leaders navigating moments of transition, growth, and strategic reflection.
With more than sixteen years of leadership experience across nonprofit organizations, philanthropy, and community partnerships, Noreen brings both strategic insight and relational depth to her work. She has served in executive, development leadership, and Board Director roles, led complex fundraising initiatives, developed donor and revenue strategies, and worked closely with boards, leadership teams, and business owners to strengthen governance, organizational readiness, and long term sustainability.
Noreen previously served in leadership roles with Ecology Project International, Habitat for Humanity of Missoula, MT, and community-based nonprofit initiatives focused on sustainable impact.
Her work focuses on helping organizations and philanthropists align purpose, resources, and relationships so that impact is thoughtful and durable.
Grounded in both lived and professional experience, Noreen approaches her work with curiosity and deep respect for the stories, relationships, and contexts that shape each organization, individual, and philanthropic journey.
